SUMMER SCHEDULE

WEEKLY TASKS

• Mowing of the yellow areas in Images 1 – 4

• Mowing of the green areas in Image 1 (interior courtyards). Detailed views in Image 2.

These areas can only be accessed from a small door and are to be done with a push mower only.

• Every weekly area is to be mowed at a minimum of every 7 days and a maximum of every 10 days.

MONTHLY TASKS

• Whipping and spraying of the red areas in Image 1.

• Spraying of the area between the fences in Image 6. All perimeter fencing that goes around the interior of the DDC needs to be sprayed from the outside due to the C-Wire that is between the two fences needs to be sprayed on a monthly basis. There is not a safe way to enter into the area for it to be sprayed.

AS-NEEDED TASKS

• Whipping and spraying of the red area in Image 3, approximately 2 times per year.

• Weeds, bushes, and tree maintenance. This task is extremely important, as it is vital for safety, security, and legal compliance. Overgrown grass and weeds create blind spots on the grounds, harbor pests, etc.

WINTER SCHEDULE

All winter tasks are as needed, based on the weather. All yellow areas in Image 7 are plowed and salted.

DAILY TASKS

• De-icing will need to be done on a daily basis, as it gets extremely icy due to the heavy foot and vehicle traffic between the walkways, DDC grounds, sally ports, and parking lot.

WEEKLY TASKS

• Four (4) salt boxes should be placed in the blue area in Image 7 and filled up on a weekly basis. There are six (6) gates that will need to be opened by DDC staff, and the vendor will call the front desk to have them opened.

The Barn towards the rear of the property is where the salt bins are stored as well as the bulk salt. The bulk salt bin inside can hold approximately 30 tons or 28 cubic feet of Bulk Rock Salt. Currently it is full of salt. A Skid Steer, Backhoe, or Tractor with a bucket is needed to be able to use it.

SEASONAL TASKS

• Spring and Fall cleanup of leaves and debris.
