10-Maint Schedule 4-Growing Season (Ryan Rd).png

This file is a maintenance schedule image for ground maintenance services at the Detroit Detention Center, a facility under the jurisdiction of the City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement on behalf of the Detroit Police Department. The document appears to be a visual schedule specifically designated for the "Growing Season" period at Ryan Road, likely representing the frequency and timing of maintenance activities such as landscaping, grass cutting, or vegetation management during the months when grounds maintenance is most active. The schedule serves as an operational guide for vendors contracted under the Detroit Supply Schedule Ground Maintenance #1, which limits competition to pre-approved vendors only. The contract opportunity is structured for a two-year term and requires qualified vendors to provide comprehensive ground maintenance services to support facility operations and aesthetic standards.

The maintenance schedule image provides a tactical planning tool for vendors to understand the City's expectations regarding service frequency and timing throughout the growing season months. While the file itself does not contain explicit pricing terms, funding amounts, or other financial details, the reference to pre-approved vendor status indicates that pricing and vendor qualifications were previously established through a master schedule contracting vehicle. The schedule's emphasis on growing season maintenance suggests seasonal variation in service requirements, with likely reduced or modified scope during winter months. Additional details regarding compensation, funding sources, specific deliverables, site access, and performance standards would be contained in the related contract solicitation documents and master schedule agreement.
