I understand that DOL’s OSPE office will manage the procurement activities as mentioned in the RFP, but there is no language to indicate which office in DOL will serve as the program lead. Can you share which program office will take the lead. (Example – the DOL CEO BPA is run out of the CEO program office even through it manages evaluation efforts for all offices in the DOL.)DOL OFCCP will mange the IDIQ. Each task order will have a COR appointed from the respective program office that requires the services.
Can you explain the variability between the requirement needs for each of the offices?1.6.81. We noticed that each office/agency listed under “Special Qualification, section 1.6.8” has unique/different requirements. Some of the agencies/offices list three years of experience while others ask for a much greater understanding of that office with a 7 – 10 years of experience requirement. Can you explain the variability between the requirement needs for each of the offices?The complexity of each agencies' enforement requirements are different and will require varying levels of expertise.

Clarification about Task OrdersB.8, Ordering Procedures, pg. 4a. Can the government provide an approximate number/size of task orders to be issued in the first year of the IDIQ contract?

c. Will the IDIQ contract be a mandatory vehicle for agencies wishing to procure the services described in the SOW?

d. What is the typical or average duration of a task order to be awarded on the resulting IDIQ contract? Are they short term (2 to 3 months) or longer term (1 year or more)?The Government cannot determine when task orders will be awarded against the contract, nor define the size, scope, duration of future tasks orders at this time. The contract will be the mandatory vehicle for agencies to procure the services described in the PWS.
