Annual Gantry Crane Inspection, Load Test, and Certification
1. Introduction and Overview Service Order 49323 provides sustainment support for Mobile Surveillance Capability (MSC), Mobile Surveillance Capability Lite (MSC-L), and Mobile Video Surveillance System (MVSS) programs. As part of the sustainment support for the mobile programs, the FAA is required to provide annual Gantry Crane inspection services.
2. Purpose Provide annual Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) mandated inspection of overhead Gantry Cranes.
3. Scope of Work The vendor shall inspect (per OSHA guidelines), load test, and certify (attaching label to equipment) overhead Gantry Cranes at the locations identified in Section 6.
4. Period of Performance
Base Year July 7, 2025 – July 6, 2026 Option Year 1 July 7, 2026 – July 6, 2027 Option Year 2 July 7, 2027 – July 6, 2028 Option Year 3 July 7, 2028 – July 6, 2029 Option Year 4 July 7, 2029 – July 6, 2030
5. Deliverables Vendor shall provide site inspection reports to the Oklahoma City, Federal Aviation Administration, Logistics Management Specialist, AJW-L511.
NOTE: Labels must be attached to the equipment.
6. Location of Work The annual Gantry Crane inspection, load test and certification service shall take place at the following southern and northern border locations.
