About this file
This amendment modifies a request for quote from the Department of Justice United States Marshals Service for in-flight paramedic services in Las Vegas. The agency is seeking quotes for labor hours to provide paramedic services on prisoner transport flights, with travel expenses to be reimbursed separately for remain-overnight missions according to Federal Travel Regulations. One question and response deleted a requirement to maintain wages and benefits of an incumbent, as there is no incumbent for the Las Vegas operational site. Pricing should exclude travel expenses, which will be reimbursed under a separate contract line item number. The amendment clarifies expenses and removes unnecessary incumbent language from the statement of work.

IN-FLIGHT PARAMEDICS – LAS VEGAS
REQUEST FOR QUOTE # 15M300-21-Q-A370-0003
AMENDMENT 0002
a. The purpose of this Amendment is to provide the Government’s response to questions submitted concerning this requirement.
QUESTION #2: Reference Paragraph XII.B, which states “Wage Determination (WD): To ensure a stable and experienced workforce, the prospective Contractor must, at a minimum, maintain the wages and benefits currently paid to the incumbent Paramedic covered under a Wage Determination”.
Who is the incumbent? Contract number? Period of Performance, etc.?
RESPONSE: This paragraph is being deleted from the Statement of Work. This is not applicable to our Las Vegas operational site because there is not an incumbent.
QUESTION #3: Does the CLIN pricing exclude travel expenses?
RESPONSE: Yes, the CLIN pricing is for the labor hours only. The Contractor will be reimbursed travel expenses for Remain-Overnight missions under a separate CLIN.
These expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with the Federal Travel Regulations
(FTR).
b. All other terms and conditions remain the same and in full force and effect.
