About this file

This Statement of Objectives (SOO) outlines requirements for establishing and maintaining a Safety Station Program for Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) locations. The contractor must provide equipment, training, maintenance, and reporting services, with all items to be leased from the contractor. The program requires safety stations equipped with FDA-approved AED devices and accessories, intranasal opioid reversal agents, and hemorrhagic control kits.

The contractor's responsibilities include providing training in CPR/AED usage, opioid reversal agent administration, and hemorrhagic control techniques. They must perform routine maintenance, restock supplies, and maintain comprehensive reporting including training records, maintenance logs, usage tracking, and EMS notification protocols. While the contractor will determine physical parameters for safety stations, the government will handle installation and provide facility floorplans. The Department of Justice (DOJ) is the contracting agency, offering this as a firm-fixed-price contract with base year and option periods.
