About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for a Department of Justice solicitation (#15JE1R-25-PR-0036) regarding the EOIR Safety Station Program. The Q&A reveals key details about the procurement, including that equipment delivery is expected no earlier than April 1st, with the government likely handling installation after vendor determination of physical parameters. The program requires safety station kits across approximately 60 EOIR facilities, with an estimated total of 60-180 kits nationwide.

The contract includes First Aid/CPR/AED training requirements, expected to begin no earlier than April 1st, with 10-50 individuals requiring training per site in English only. Payment terms specify a single fixed price invoice after product acceptance, with training/service elements billed in 12 equal monthly installments. No security clearance is required for contractor personnel, though they must pass screening and be escorted by EOIR employees. The government is not leasing equipment and has no brand-name restrictions for AEDs or naloxone kits, though all equipment must be FDA-approved.
