All Questions and Answers as submitted through email correspondence to the Contracting Officer Jennifer Robinson-Smith JLROBINSON2@FBI.GOV
1. QUESTION: Where do we find a description of the multiple profile codes that are listed in the synopsis? Any light that you could shed on locating a description/listing of profile codes would be helpful.
RESPONSE: Profile Codes are listed in Part II of the SF330’s.
2. QUESTION: “Our firm is interested in pursuing the subject solicitation but am confused to whether or not we can chase. The solicitation states that work will be needed at facilities CONUS and potentially OCONUS and specifically mentions sites in ID and WV. The solicitation also mentions that you have to have an HQ or major regional office within 200 miles of either Huntsville or Washington DC.” “So while the solicitation states that the work is spread-out it seems like competition is being limited. Can you please confirm that although the work is spread out that only those firms with offices within the 200 miles can compete?”
RESPONSE: As stated in the RFQ, due to the anticipation that the vast majority of services for work will be planned at and/or managed from the FBI’s Primary Facilities Management locations, the FBI determined that offerors must have a home (headquarters) or a major regional office within a 200 mile radius of the J. Edgar Hoover FBI Headquarters and/or the FBI Complex at the Redstone Arsenal in order to compete for award for Region 1 and/or Region 2, respectively.
3. QUESTION: “If the referenced solicitation is a continuing requirement, would you be able to provide a list of the current incumbents, and when their contracts are set to expire?”

That would indicate the a-e contracts would have a substantial capacity. Can you provide the anticipated value of the a-e contracts? And will there be a different value for the set-aside contracts?
RESPONSE: The Government anticipates the following values; however final ceiling amounts will be determined by the final number of awardees: For Region #1 National Capitol Region (NCR) the ceiling amount for the unrestricted portion of the IDIQ is anticipated to be approximately $13 Million per contract. For Region #2 Huntsville AL, the ceiling amount for those outside of the small business set-aside is anticipated to be $7 Million per contract. Further, all CPARS information must be provided within the offerors package. The Government will not be responsible for retrieval of referenced CPARS information or reports to fulfill this requirement of the RFQ.
