About this file
This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) solicits architectural, engineering, and planning services for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). The FBI requires open-ended task order contracts to support work at FBI facilities throughout the United States and worldwide. Services include advanced planning, programming, surveys, assessments, investigations, conceptual design, construction documents, cost estimating, commissioning, and construction phase support. The FBI anticipates awarding approximately six to eight contracts for each of two regions: Region 1 covers the Washington D.C. area and overseas locations except Huntsville, Alabama; Region 2 covers Huntsville. Of the total awards, the FBI may set aside up to two contracts per region for small businesses. Offerors must submit qualifications by May 15, 2018 addressing evaluation factors relating to firm and personnel qualifications and experience, past performance, security, and performance capability. The FBI will establish a shortlist and conduct interviews to further evaluate top candidates. Awarded contracts will have a one-year base period and four one-year options.
