Q: who is the incumbent and what is the total contract value for previous fitness equipment repair conducted at your facility?

A: The contract# is 15DDHQ23P00000747 with a period of performance from 08/15/23 to 08/14/2024 for a contract value of $24,996.

Q: Since particular maintenance is priced separately what price is it that you are looking for specifically, is it the basics of just how much a monthly visit would be for the maintenance : cleaning , lubrication etc?

A: Initially, you will price the monthly maintenance service for the each year (CLIN) of the contract with a grand total at the end for each year, invoiced monthly. As for the repair CLIN, you will state your hourly repair rate for each yearly CLIN. You can only give us your hourly rate, as we do not know of the extent of any repairs that may be needed on the current equipment. The hourly rate, plus the cost of repair items will be approved in a separate process by the Government Contracting Officer Representative prior to repairs being started.
