About this file
This document contains Questions and Answers from an Industry Day event for a federal contract opportunity, Solicitation Number 15DDHQ24N00000001, for Total Aviation Support Services (TASS) for the Department of Justice Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). The Government anticipates releasing the draft solicitation, including Sections L and M on evaluation criteria, at least 15 days prior to the formal solicitation release. The performance work statement and evaluation factors are still being developed, but the Government has indicated that agility and flexibility will likely be considered. The solicitation has a significant budget increase from FY21 to FY22 due to aircraft purchases and maintenance events. Offerors will be required to propose staffing levels, with some guidance provided for fleet management. Historical operational readiness, maintenance, and spares data will be provided as exhibits, but "live" inventory data will not be available. The Government will provide all ground support equipment as Government Furnished Equipment.
