About this file
This file is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) document for federal contract opportunity 15BNAS26R000000020 issued by the Bureau of Prisons for the Community Reentry Network program.
The contract involves managing and uploading reentry resources into an existing data management system to serve all 50 states and major territories. The selected contractor will have access to the current system and will not provide direct 1:1 care or services to individuals. Technical requirements include a team of at least four members capable of passing federal background checks, with specific identification of all proposed personnel (including consultants and subcontractors) and their resumes and curriculum vitae submitted at proposal time. Additionally, at least one team member must be a Native American, with identity established by individual tribal nations; outreach experience or relationships alone do not satisfy this requirement. The contractor must identify experience as the established corporate entity registered in SAM.gov; past performance of key personnel or subcontractors prior to joining the current entity will not be accepted. This is a recompete contract with incumbent contract number 15BNAS21DW9Z10001. Insurance is not required at the federal level, though state and local guidelines must be followed. Proposals must be submitted via email to c1price@bop.gov (not SAM.gov), with the extended deadline of Monday, September 21, 2026, no later than 12:00 p.m. EST.
