After communicating with FDC SeaTac personnel it was determined that the institution was constructed beginning in 1997.

Based on the age of construction it is NorBay Consulting’s professional opinion that the use of asbestos containing materials during the construction of the institution is highly unlikely.

CLARIFICATION

1.1 General

A. JCCA reviewed all property records and construction drawings. Based on date of construction and the type of materials used on those dates, there is not expected to be any asbestos containing material on property.
