Questions for 15BCTS24Q00000008 (CTS in Jacksonville, FL)
Question 1: Are the start dates firm dates?
Response: Yes, the anticipated start date of the contract is 10/01/2024.
Question 2: Does all the certifications for facility(s) need to be sent with or proposal or may we submit once we are awarded? (Due to an initial investment for certifications within the States)
Response: All of the requirements stated in Decisional Rule Criteria 5 must be met at the time of quotation submission.
Question 3: Whom are the incumbents.
Response: Please consult the System of Award Management (SAM) website for previous award information.
Question 4: How much were prior awarded contracts?
Response: Please consult the System of Award Management (SAM) website for previous award information.
Question 5: Are the radiuses from City Hall(s) firm or may we expand pass (ie Jacksonville is 8 miles may we extend it to 20 miles as long as the facility(s) are ½ from public transportation)?
Response: The radius is firm and may not be exceeded.
Question 6: Is subcontracting ok and how much maybe of the contracts.
Response: Services may be subcontracted to a licensed provider.
Question 7: If we need to extend how much longer can the extension be for (number of days)?
Response: The solicitation will not be extended again because this would delay the acquisition.
Question 8: With the number of clients is this a an indefinite amount or will this be a contract for X amount of clients per day/month/year?
Response: The guaranteed minimum and estimated maximum quantities stated in the solicitation are per year.
Question 9: Will the facility(s) ONLY be used BOP services or may others operate out of the facility(s)?
Response: Other services may be conducted in the same facility. However, Bureau AICs must be kept separate from any other treatment population. In addition, treatment service cannot be conducted in the same building as children and other vulnerable populations.
Question 10: Do all staff members resumes need to be sent in with proposals or may we finalize them once awarded?
Response: All of the requirements stated in Decisional Rule Criteria 1 must be met at the time of quotation submission.
