Questions for 15BCTS24Q00000008 (CTS in Jacksonville, FL)

1. We went through the Notice ID and were keen on understanding if we are required to fulfill the staffing requirements and provide the premises or just the staffing requirements.

Response: Yes, in addition to fulfilling the staffing requirements, a physical location is required to provide treatment services. Any proposed location must meet the criteria stated in Decisional Rule Criteria (DRC) 4a-4f.
