“First, page 1 of the document tabled 15BCTS20Q00000006 it appears that the only think I need to do on the first page is sign it. Is that correct?”
RESPONSE:
For the standard form (SF) 1449 document labeled 15BCTS20Q00000006 - Sign the front (page1) page, complete clauses 52.212-3; 52.209-7; 52.209-11. You need to sign amendments and complete itemized lines 1-108.
“Second, can we include our letter to the bank and our letters to our clients references in a folder titled as such or is there a specific designation we need to give these.”
RESPONSE:
Yes, you should include in the offered quote the bank and client reference letters attached with the Business Quotation Information Packet as referenced in 3.1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial items.
“Finally, on page 6 of the business quotation information packet it states: This contract does [ ] does not [ ] provide for any subcontracting possibilities. If the answer is affirmative, offeror will submit [ ] a subcontract plan in accordance with the requirements of FAR 52.219-9.
Do I check "does not" if we don't intend to subcontract? Also, in our conversation of last week I asked about completing the Small Business Subcontracting template. If I check "does not" on page six of the business information packet do I then not need to complete the Small Business Information packet, or should I still complete it as we discussed.”
RESPONSE:
If you intend to subcontract please complete the small business subcontracting plan template.
However, if your answer is negative, then complete pages 1 (Company information) and 8 (Subcontract Certification) of the Business Quotation Information Packet.
PLEASE NOTE: Questions will no longer be accepted after 2:00 pm ET on August 28, 2019.
