Questions Regarding 15BCTS20Q00000006 (CTS in Salt Lake City, UT.)
Question 1: Do you know where we can get specifics regarding PDG15-03, Security of Information and Information Systems?
Response: P PDG15-03, Security of Information and Information Systems,is a clause in the contract.
See pages 12 through 17 in the Solicitation document.
Question 2: Under each of the initial sections of the Technical Quotation Information there is a place for our responses. Some of these also reference attachments and specify what the attachment should be.
Do we need to submit policies separate from our narrative description under response? Or can the response stand alone? An example of this is in regards to how we will protect minors and supervise clients while they are in the clinic.
Response: Yes, please submit policies separate from your narrative description that specifically address the areas mentioned in the Technical Quotation Information Sheet.
Question 3: Also, if I have a contract employee do I have to specify that I am subcontracting? Can I designate someone as a contract employee, rather than as a subcontractor? Again, these are individuals who are providing a specific service for our organization, not an organization that is doing a portion of the entire contract.
Response: If the individual is working directly for you rather than another company, you may designate them as an “Employee” on the Technical Personnel Staff List rather than as a Subcontractor.
Question 4: The business management form asks us to list the previous three related contracts awarded to us. We only have one. Do we need to have three prior contracts? Are you interested in letters of reference from other organization/agencies with whom we have worked. For example, I will have letters of recommendation from the community re-entry program where our clients currently work and from a program administrator with our state Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health. If you are interested in these, how would I fit them in to this solicitation response.
Response: If you can, please list three (3) prior contracts that your company has had that relate to the current requirement. These contracts may as be from the state and local levels if necessary. Letters of reference are not necessary. However, the companies listed on the Business Management Questionnaire should be made aware that they may be contacted by the Bureau.
