FCC VICTORVILLE – REPAIR BOILER REFRACTORY
PROJECT 6D7A QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
SOLICITATION 15B61620B00000001
SUBMITTED BY F.M THOMAS AIR CONDITIONING:
1. I don't believe that any manufacturer makes a mesh head burner that can also fire on oil without physically pulling the mesh head out and replacing that assembly with an oil nozzle assembly - and vise-versa. The current burners they have will do that because they are not mesh head burners?
Change: FCC Victorville is aware that the requirement of a mesh burner will require a separate burner head to be utilized for the secondary fuel (Diesel) as noted in the statement of work in sections 3 and 31 of Option 1, see Amendment 4 for SOW changes.
