The related Federal Contract Opportunity is a solicitation for 2nd Quarter FY 2025 food bids for the Federal Correctional Institution McDowell. Evaluations will be based on past performance, socioeconomic status, price, and delivery schedule, with greater emphasis on past performance and delivery schedule. Vendors must provide pricing information matched to the posted quantities, or their bid may not be accepted. Vendors with past performance issues may be placed on a "do not award" list for the following quarter.
