Recent delivery problems have occurred for some companies that have affected past performance. As such, awards have not been made to those companies based on past performance. The FCI will continue such procedures, as inability to deliver products impacts menu planning and preparation of meals, as well as increasing prices for additional procurement.
If you have any questions, contact me at (304) 284-4318 or bkiefer@bop.gov.
