About this file

This document is a Delivery Schedule for a food service contract with the Bureau of Prisons (BOP). The delivery window is strictly from January 20, 2026, through January 30, 2026, with deliveries accepted only Monday-Friday between 7:30 am and 2:00 pm. Vendors must adhere to specific temperature requirements: non-frozen perishable foods must be delivered between 34-40 degrees F, and frozen foods must be at 0 degrees F or below. All deliveries must be palletized, and products showing signs of prior thawing will be refused.

Contractors are required to comply with BOP National Menu Specifications and must obtain these specifications before quoting. All items will undergo close inspection, potentially including thawing and cooking tests, with a conditional receipt period of three days for examination. Items failing to meet specifications will be refused, and vendors must retrieve non-compliant products within two weeks at their own expense. Failure to meet delivery schedules or contract specifications may negatively impact the contractor's past performance record and future bidding opportunities, with potential removal from future solicitations.
