About this file
The document is a Delivery Schedule for a federal contract opportunity with the Bureau of Prisons (BOP) for milk products at FCC Butner. The delivery period is from July 1st, 2025 through September 30th, 2025, with deliveries scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 7:30 am and 2:00 pm. Strict delivery requirements include palletizing all items, maintaining specific temperature ranges for perishable and frozen foods (34-40°F for non-frozen items, 0°F or below for frozen items), and marking Certified Religious Diet Items appropriately.
The document emphasizes compliance with BOP National Menu Specifications and outlines consequences for non-compliance. Vendors must obtain and understand the National Menu Specifications prior to quoting. All delivered items will be closely inspected, potentially requiring thawing and cooking to verify specification compliance. Items that fail to meet specifications will be refused, and conditionally received items must be picked up by the vendor within two weeks of non-compliance notification. Failure to meet delivery schedules may result in removal from future solicitations and negatively impact the contractor's past performance record.
