Request for Proposal 15B10020R00000001 Architect and Engineering Supplemental Services BOP Mid‐Atlantic Regional Office Request for Information #1 (8/28/2020) Question 1:

For the resumes of key personnel, the RFQ mentions that “services shall include but not be limited to Architectural, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and all consultant work called for in each task order.”

Are there specific consultant disciplines whose resumes are required for submission in our SF330?

BOP Response: Clarification At minimum, provide resumes for the disciplines listed in the quoted sentence. Resumes for additional disciplines are encouraged, in order to demonstrate broad and diverse skillsets.

Question 2:

For projects submitted in Section F, the RFQ asks for five complex renovation projects completed within the past five years. Will the BOP accept projects that are currently ongoing, but have reached a substantial level of design completion? Will past performance documentation (CPARS/PPQs) be required for submission in our SF330 package?

BOP Response: Clarification Projects should be complete. If the firm does not have five relevant projects that have been completed in the last five years, we will consider projects that are near completion. CPARS/PPQs are not required to be included, but may be included as evidence of customer satisfaction.
