About this file

This document is an Amendment (0001) to Solicitation 15A00025R00000053 for Hotel Lodging Accommodations issued by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). The solicitation is a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for hotel accommodations in Huntsville, Alabama, with a contract maximum of $3,000,000 and a guaranteed minimum of $1,000. The amendment updates two key details: extending the proposal submission deadline to August 8, 2025, at 5:00 PM EST, and removing specific references to ATF in the instructions to offerors.

Offerors are required to submit three proposal volumes: Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price. The technical capability volume must demonstrate compliance with lodging accommodation requirements, including NCETR standards, hotel room specifications, and preferred amenities. Pricing shall conform to the GSA Per Diem Rate for Huntsville, AL - Madison County. The government will evaluate proposals without conducting discussions, though it reserves the right to do so, and will assess past performance through sources like the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS). Offerors must also disclose any potential conflicts of interest and provide mitigation plans if applicable.
