About this file
This is an AFMC Form 158 Packaging Requirements document for Purchase Instrument Number FD20202600692-00, Version 1, dated 29 April 2026. The document establishes packaging and marking standards for five contract line items (CLINs) identified as 6130DTG260368FD, 6130DTG260366FD, 6130DTG260369FD, 6130DTG260367FD, and 6130013147781FD.
Four of the CLINs (AAA, AAB, AAC, and AAD) are designated as "No Packaging Data Required." The fifth CLIN (AAE) requires compliance with MIL-STD-2073-1 for military packaging and MIL-STD-129 for military marking standards. Additionally, all wooden lumber, pallets, and containers must be constructed from debarked, heat-treated wood (minimum 56 degrees Celsius or 133 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes) to comply with United Nations restrictions on wood packaging material. Certification and marking by an accredited agency recognized by the American Lumber Standards Committee (ALSC) is mandatory. Shipping containers must meet MIL-STD-129 criteria and may include additional markings such as unit serial numbers, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) names, or OEM model numbers as specified. The packaging requirements were prepared by Charles B. Davis, Packaging Specialist at 406 SCMS/GULAA, Hill Air Force Base, with contact number 801-777-4454.
