About this file
This document is an Addendum 1 for Request for Proposal (RFP) S-10000-00014682 for Oregon Intervention System Administration. The addendum modifies several sections of the original solicitation document, primarily focusing on training requirements for OIS (Oregon Intervention System) instructors. Key modifications include reducing the instructor training workshops from forty-hour to thirty-two-hour sessions, conducting at least five instructor training workshops per calendar year, and maintaining written standards for instructor certification and decertification.
The addendum requests that the proposer address recommendations for simplifying existing certification levels and provide information about scheduled OIS training and certified instructors on their webpage. Additionally, the document requires the proposer to conduct at least three recertification training workshops for master instructors each calendar year. The modifications aim to clarify and refine the requirements for OIS instructor training and certification, with updates subject to review and approval by the OIS Steering Committee and Agency designee.
