About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the Bureau of Reclamation's Architect-Engineer Multiple Award Contract (AE-MAC). The Q&A confirms a 45-day response period and clarifies key details about the upcoming solicitation. Currently, five contractors are delivering services under this Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with previous contract numbers 140R8121D0011 through 140R8121D0015. The Bureau has not yet determined if this will be a small business set-aside, stating that the information received from the pre-solicitation notice will help determine the acquisition strategy. Additional clarifications include acceptance of 11x17 landscape-oriented pages as a single page in responses, and confirmation that the updated notice provides more information about the complexity and scale of work typically required by the Bureau of Reclamation.
