Combined Solicitation/Synopsis: 140R8124Q0168 2025 Prop Mgmt Trng Wkshp-Hotel,AV,Venue

Questions and Answers 8/28/24 at 11:41 am CT

Q: Are you able to verify that the requirements below do apply for the small breakout rooms? They accommodate around 40 people. Do they still need a stage and 2 screens and 2 projectors? 2 screens/projectors seem too much for such a small group. The SOW also states 10 extension cords and the 4 channel audio mixer.

A: Combined Solicitation/Synopsis has been adjusted and reposted on 8/28/24 to reflect the most recent updates to the audio/visual requirements.

Q: Can you confirm you need a total of 3 breakout rooms?

A: We can use the “big” room as a breakout, so that would be the big room plus 2 breakout rooms. So, we do not need 3.

Q: How many microphones are needed per breakout? Also 2 like in the general session room?

A: We need 2 for the front of the room (for the speakers) and 2 wireless ones that can be passed around in the audience (for questions).
