140R4023Q0005 – BGNDRF Semi-Annual Water Testing Questions and Answers as of 11/14/2022

Question 1. The Statement of Work Section 5.1 states in part, “The contractor must be able to meet 10-15 business day turnaround times.” and Section 5.4 states, “Upon receipt of samples, the Contractor shall complete analysis and submit required deliverables within 90 calendar days.” This appears to be a contradiction.

Inquiry: based on the PFAS testing and Final Report/executive summary/EDD deliverables involved, 10-15 business day turn around time would not be feasible and 90 calendar day turn around time would be feasible. Can Section 5.1 be re-worded to match the 90 calendar day TAT specified in section 5.4?

If the intent of Section 5.1 is to obtain preliminary results for non-PFAS tests within 15 business days, then that would be feasible; if this is the intent then the wording of Section 5.1 should clarify.

ANSWER: See updated Statement of Work Section 5, Schedule for changes to wording.
