About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) for the Parker Dam Service Station Roof Rehabilitation project, Solicitation No. 140R3025R0011. The RFI addresses three key technical questions about the project specifications. Regarding the roof panels, the government requires a metal roof with a minimum 1-inch double lock seam and concealed fasteners, with material selection based on the local climate of Parker Dam. The drywall ceiling should have a standard tape and spray texture with knock down and light sanding. For the attic access, no permanent ladder is required due to the low roof pitch; instead, a 2' x 2' access point will be centered under the peak, and a portable ladder will be used for access.
