The amendment extends the proposal due date from September 28, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. PDT to October 8, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. PDT. The amendment incorporates revised Section J (List of Documents, Exhibits and Other Attachments) and Section L (Instructions, Conditions and Notices to Offerors), along with General Decision Number CA20260007 dated September 3, 2026, which establishes prevailing wage requirements for construction work in specified California counties. The work involves removal of accumulated materials from the Prosser Creek Dam spillway stilling basin without dewatering, clearing two 6-inch drains in chute blocks, and performing detailed concrete inspections. The technical evaluation criteria include technical approach, construction schedule and sequencing, and relevant project experience. Past performance information from the preceding five years is required and will be evaluated on scope relevance, recency, quality of workmanship, timeliness, cost control, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution effectiveness. All inquiries must be submitted by August 23, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. PST. The contract is subject to prevailing wage requirements as determined by the applicable General Decision for the work location in Washoe Project, California.
