About this file
This document contains a pricing schedule for tasks required to develop a temperature modeling system within the CEQUEL W2 Modeling Platform for the Bureau of Reclamation's Central Valley Operations Office. The contractor will be required to complete 17 tasks, including developing a work plan, data management plan, model framework, conducting stakeholder outreach, model selection, data development, model calibration and validation, documentation, uncertainty analysis, and a peer review process. Task deliverables will include technical memorandums, reports, datasets, source code, visualization tools, and trained personnel. Pricing is included on a task-by-task basis, with the total price to be proposed by the bidder. The solicitation is seeking to develop models and tools to help manage reservoir temperatures to meet operational goals.
