About this file

This document is an Amendment (Amendment 002) to Solicitation 140P8625Q0059 for Marin Headlands Forced Main Repairs, issued by the National Park Service Pacific West Region. The amendment addresses five vendor questions regarding the project scope, including details about pipe replacement along Bunker Road. Key clarifications include: the pipe replacement runs parallel to Bunker Road and is limited to a single lane, the base bid involves repairing a damaged pipe with activities such as trenching, traffic control, backfill, and compaction, and the new pipe section must be at least 8 feet long. Compaction testing will be required in specific zones as outlined in the Statement of Work.

The amendment provides contact information for the Contracting Officer Patty Payne (patty_payne@nps.gov, 559-730-6435) and the Contracting Officer's Representative Tommy Daigle (thomas_daigle@nps.gov, 415-5313076), and notes that the exact length of the broken 6-inch PVC pipe is currently unknown. The solicitation is set to close on 07/09/2025, with the amendment effective on 07/09/2025, and was issued from Building 201, Fort Mason in San Francisco, CA.
