Text version

1. For any creek crossings, is there a need for installation of a permanent fence line across a creek, or do you want something that can be moved during the rainy season?

There is one creek crossing that the fence does not need to cross as it is a natural barrier, the fence will stop on each side of this. Any other crossing shall be fenced but will not come down during rainy season.

1. Do you want to use oak trees in place of some posts as is currently the case with the existing fence? Or do you want to eliminate trees from the fence line (adjust the fence line slightly to move around trees)?

Fence should not be fastened to any oaks, adjust the fence line slightly to move around trees.

1. May 3' steel pipe or 6-8" treated peeler core posts be used as a substitute for 4x4 treated wood?

4x4 treated wood is the requirement.

1. Will there be a need to clear the existing fence line from weeds or downed trees?

The only need to clear the existing fence line from weeds or downed trees would be for fence installation necessity.

1. Is it mandatory that all fence replacements remain along the existing fence lines? Or would it be acceptable to make slight adjustments dependent on topography or obstacles that may interfere?

Fence replacements shall remain along the existing fence lines. Any fence line changes beyond minor adjustments shall be approved by CO first.
