The Valley substation powers most of the buildings in the Valley and is Critically Important.
If we experience excessive weather and the “high water alarms” go off, the park is responsible for pumping the excess water from around the tanks.
You can bill the park for necessary supplies such as printer paper for the monitor or light bulbs. There is a small amount of money set aside to correct problems. We can also create separate repair task orders for bigger issues.
With the phone lines, you may get a lot of auto-dialer issues. Park may call the contractor to have alarms cleared.
COR will verify that all the fax numbers are the current numbers for the monitoring systems.
The farther east in the valley you go, the less signal you will get.
