About this file

This document is a Price and Provisions Attachment for Solicitation No. 140P8425Q0101, issued by the Department of the Interior National Park Service Pacific West Region. The solicitation is for multiple deliveries of ready-mix concrete to Lava Beds National Monument (LABE), including the Tule Lake National Monument delivery area. The requirement is for 80 cubic yards of 4000 PSI colored transit-mixed concrete, with deliveries scheduled between late September/early October through December 2025.

The procurement is a 100% small business set-aside using NAICS code 327320 (Ready-Mix Concrete Manufacturing), with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The contract will be a firm fixed-price award to a single responsive and responsible contractor. The price schedule includes two line items: the concrete delivery and a separate short load delivery charge. Contractors must complete representations regarding telecommunications equipment and services, and provide pricing and business information. The government anticipates evaluating the quote primarily based on price, with past performance considered in determining contractor responsibility.
