About this file
This document is an attachment of project photos for Request for Quote (RFQ) #140P8425Q0035, providing a comprehensive 11-page visual documentation of the Francis House site at Pinnacles National Park in San Benito County, California. The photos showcase various structural elements and surrounding areas, including an attached deck, multiple porches, out-buildings, a workshop, and miscellaneous debris. Key visual details include a wooden house with attached structures, surrounding trees, fencing (composed of metal t-posts, wire, and some wooden posts), and interior and exterior views of various sheds and outbuildings.
The images are intended to support a demolition project that involves removing the Francis House and an RM office trailer, with specific details about site conditions, structural integrity, and surrounding environment. Notable observations include a collapsed shed on the west side of the property, multiple out-buildings in various states of disrepair, and debris-filled workshop interiors. The photos provide potential bidders a detailed visual reference of the site's condition, helping them accurately assess the scope of the demolition work required by the National Park Service.

RFQ # 140P8425Q0035, Attachment 12, Project Photos (Francis House)
These photos provide a more 360-degree view of the Francis House and the surrounding area and are a good representation of the miscellaneous debris and out-buildings therein. You can also see some of the fencing and its style pictured, which is typical of what is surrounding the house and grounds. Included are two interior shots of the corrugated-aluminum sided shed, to set the general scene of what the overall interiors might look like.
Not pictured is the well and wellhouse/shed, which is on the outskirts of the property, which is not to be demolished with this project. NPS will fence this area prior to work commencing to make that clear.
