Original contract price means the award price of the contract; or, for requirements contracts, the price payable for the estimated total quantity; or, for indefinite-quantity contracts, the price payable for the specified minimum quantity. Original contract price does not include the price of any options, except those options exercised at the time of contract award.

3. I need to know the warranty period.? Under 2 yrs? I hope for our surety/sba guidelines.
o Per Part II, Section I, I.1, Clauses Incorporated by Reference, refer to FAR 52.246-
21 'Warranty of Construction (Mar 1994)'. This warranty shall continue for a period of 1 year from the date of final acceptance of the work. Refer to the full FAR section for full warranty requirements. In addition, any manufacturer product warranties shall be conveyed to the government for products used in the execution of the work.
4. What are the Liquidated Damages?
o FAR 52.211-12 Liquidated Damages-Construction is not incorporated into this contract. There are no Liquidated Damages as a part of this contract.
5. I saw this in the solicitation:
Prior to award, the possession of a current valid applicable California Contractor State License Classification such as “C” Specialty Contractor and/or similar applicable license to this project by the quoter, and/or any proposed subcontractor(s) will be reviewed as a special aspect of the quoter’s responsibility determination
I didn't quite understand the statement.
o It is not a requirement to have a license, it is requested to help us determine the qualifications of the contractor submitting the quote. So you may still submit a quote even without having a California Contractors License.
6. Are you able to tell me what license this project is requiring, is it a c-33?
o There isn't a specific license called out for this project in the solicitation, but Section L.10 of the solicitation explains exactly what is being looked at. Please submit you and your subcontractors most applicable licenses with your quote based on Section L.10 and we will review them with your quote.
