About this file
This file is a forms template document for returning required federal contracting forms in response to the Crushed Rock Delivery to Stehekin, North Cascades National Park solicitation. The document serves as a checklist and submission guide for vendors bidding on RFQ 140P8326Q0049, specifying which completed forms must be included with their quotations to be considered responsive. The forms template identifies all mandatory federal contracting forms required by the National Park Service for this small business set-aside procurement, ensuring vendors understand compliance requirements before submitting their offers.
As a template and forms checklist document rather than a substantive statement of work or pricing document, this file does not contain specific product specifications, delivery schedules, or pricing information. Vendors using this document should cross-reference it with the complete RFQ solicitation, which outlines the requirement for crushed rock delivery to North Cascades National Park in Stehekin, Washington under a firm fixed-price contract with a one-year base and two one-year option periods. The 100% small business set-aside (NAICS 212321, 500-employee size standard) is administered by the Department of the Interior National Park Service, with contracting officer Hal Hoversten as the primary point of contact.
