This document is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) from the National Park Service (NPS) for two MSAT GS2 mobile satellite radios and associated data plans for Olympic National Park. The requirement is a 100% small business set-aside procurement using simplified acquisition procedures, with a firm-fixed-price purchase order anticipated for a base year (September 2025 - August 2026) and four option years through August 2030. The specific equipment requirements include two MSAT G2 satellite radios, each with an MSAT G2 antenna, fixed antenna mount, 150' antenna cable, Tracer IPR-750 handset, and Hughes 2100 transceiver units, along with two data service plans requiring two-way communications compatibility with P25 radio equipment.

Key procurement details include a NAICS code of 334111 (Electronic Computer Manufacturing) with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees, and a solicitation deadline for questions of September 4th, 2025 at 3 pm PDT. Quotes must be submitted electronically to Sue Mayo, and the government will evaluate offers based on lowest price technically acceptable criteria.
