About this file

This document is a Question and Answer amendment related to a Request for Quotations (RFQ) issued by the National Park Service (NPS) for the FY24 portable toilet lease and services at Mount Rainier National Park (MORA). The incumbent contractor is Northwest Cascades, Inc. The RFQ is a total small business set-aside with a NAICS code of 562991 and a size standard of $9 million in receipts over the past three years. The NPS is seeking firm fixed-price offers for the supply, delivery, lease, and servicing of portable toilets throughout MORA for a 6-month period from May 1, 2024 to October 31, 2024, with four 1-year option periods. The amendment addresses questions related to storage, safety protocols, usage patterns, environmental considerations, and payment timelines. Offers are due by April 17, 2024 unless an amendment is posted with an extension.
