Repair Fire Damage to sign Shed Olympic NP Attachment E: Site visit notes and initial clarifications

Pre-Proposal Site Visit for Solicitation #140P8323R0005

June 15, 2023

Mr. Keith Robinson, Contracting Officer Representative, thanked the group for their interest in the project and for attending the site visit.

• Nothing said today changes the terms, conditions, requirements, or specifications of the solicitation and eventual contract. All changes will be formalized and incorporated by formal written amendment(s) to the RFP and posted at beta.SAM.gov.

• The solicitation (SF1442 with associated clauses and provisions) is the file named “sol_140P8323R0005” which is the bottom file attached at beta.SAM. Make sure you are viewing the posting that is of type “solicitation” rather than “updated presolicitation”. All amendments will be posted here; it is your responsibility to monitor the site. You can also register and use the “follow” feature.

• This acquisition is set aside for total small concerns. I encourage you to review pertinent sections of the solicitation and regulations.

• As Keith mentioned, we will take only limited questions during this site visit. Submit all questions to him, ideally referencing the particular section of the specifications or drawings.

We will answer all questions submitted up to seven days prior to the closing date in amendments to the solicitation.

• Send proposals and supporting documents, etc. to Mike’s email address (at the bottom of the announcement at beta.SAM and in Section G.4 of the solicitation). Due to system and bandwidth capacities, we recommend sending the proposal at least an hour prior to the time it is due.

• Remember to review the information in Sections L (Instructions to Offerors) and M (Evaluation) before submitting the proposal.

• Due date is June 29 at 1:00 pm PD unless extended by amendment.
