About this file

This document is a Standard Form 30 Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract for the National Park Service's portable toilet pumping services at Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park. The amendment (Amendment 0001) extends the quote due date to June 6, 2025, at 11:59 pm HT, with a period of performance from June 10, 2025, to June 9, 2027.

The accompanying Q&A document addresses several key modifications to the original solicitation, including clarifications on location coordination, service frequency, government-furnished items, and invasive species prevention. Notable changes include removing the "Surge Capacity" requirement, confirming that the National Park Service will provide supplies like toilet paper and hand sanitizer, and eliminating the detailed invasive species prevention protocol due to lack of a pre and post wash station at the Hilo NPS site. The National Park Service points of contact are Christie Tapp (Contract Specialist) and Lei Yang (Contracting Officer).
