Statement of Work Lake Mead National Recreation Area Video Wall Upgrade and Service Agreement continuation

This project is for the upgrade the existing video wall to provide 4 additional video encoder inputs from the Milestone CCTV System as well as ongoing annual service for that same system with up to two (2) option years to extend annual services. This system is located in the Lake Mead National Recreation Area Interagency Communications Center at 101 Katzenbach Drive, Boulder City, NV. 89005.

Mission The Lake Mead NRA Interagency Communications Center (LMICC) serves as the critical public safety point for Lake Mead National Recreation as well as the primary communications center for 3 other NPS and other federal agencies in the area. As part of the mission of the center, dispatchers monitor approximately 330 CCTV cameras as well as intrusion / fire alarms and access control from 43 facilities throughout the 1.5 million acres that comprise Lake Mead NRA. The video wall is utilized to provide situational awareness to the center personnel and allow for display and manipulation of the cameras and other components of the system. The rules engine in Milestone allows for automatic functions to occur on the video wall through the Smart Wall function of Milestone. Some of these functions include automatic notification and display of cameras and alarm information during alarm events, etc. The current system also allows for display of this information to the Emergency Operations Center located in the same facility as the LMICC.

Required Results

· Provide and install four new network video encoders with necessary cabling and network interface equipment to accommodate four new inputs from the existing Milestone Server’s Smart Wall system.

· Reconfiguration of the two existing touch screen control panels to integrate the new video sources. One control panel is located in the EOC Conference Room, and the other is the dispatch center.

· Replace the existing Biamp Audia Flex processor which supplies audio to the dispatch workstations. This includes any required provisioning or programming of system equipment/interfaces so that the functionality of the workstation speakers are not impacted.

· Conduct system training post installation to ensure dispatch personnel are familiar with the systems updated functionality.

· Provide updated as-built drawings to include the new and existing system equipment.

· Upon complete installation, provide two years of CTI Complete service to support the Audio-Visual Equipment within LMICC.
