140P8124Q0035 Amendment 0001

The purpose of this amendment is to:

A. Answer Contractor Questions:

Question 1: Is there a price range for the project?

Answer 1: This was solicited as a supply requirement with incidentally services for installation.

Question 2: Sometimes with the government bids they put drawings in and expect exact same structure be bid. There is nothing in the specs that would prevent us from submitting our system as long as we meet the strength and performance requirements.

Answer 2: Yes, we will accept other structural configurations.

Question 3: Can we receive on a complimentary basis, nearby RV Site accommodations with Hook Ups from the Lake Mead National Recreation Area at each of the Project Sites.

Answer 3: The park will not provide free housing or RV camping spots for the contractors. To provide fairness among all bidders, they each will need to provide their own facilities. The contractor can set up work trailers, but the park will not provide utility connections.

Question 4: We typically work a 4-day, 40-hour Work Week, Monday - Thursday. Will that schedule be approved

Answer 4: Working Monday to Thursday is an acceptable work schedule.

Question 5: Is there an engineer’s estimate for this work?

Answer 5: The Government developed an IGE, but it is not released to the public.

Question 6: Does the Prime/Subcontractors need to be licensed in the state of Nevada?

Answer 6: No. Contractor does not need to be licensed in Nevada.

Question 7: Are permits in place to perform the work:

Answer 7: The environmental and historic compliance clearances have been performed and completed. No additional permits are needed for this task.

Question 8: Is the job currently fully funded?

140P8124Q0035 Amendment 0001

Answer 8: Yes, the project is fully funded at the IGE.

B. The bid due date remains the same, Aug 28, 2024, at 1100 PDT.

C. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
