About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for a federal furniture procurement solicitation. Solicitation #140P6426Q0018, Amendment #P00001, concerns a Furniture Order for ROMO. The document addresses three bidder inquiries regarding scope and eligibility requirements.

Key clarifications from the Q&A include: (1) installation services are not included in the scope, which is limited to shipping and delivery only; (2) partial bids will not be accepted, and bidders must provide all items listed in the solicitation; and (3) bidders must be equipped to provide all items included in scope to be considered for award—partnering arrangements do not waive the requirement to supply all listed items. Questions 4 through 10 remain unanswered in this amendment.
