1. Can you share any information on why all 86 extinguishers need to be replaced?

They no longer need to all be replaced. A revised Statement of Work was posted with amendment P0001.

2. NICET 2 Qualification for Fire Alarm inspectors: If multiple technicians are assigned for service is it acceptable if one tech holds a Nicet 2 while his helper has a level 1?

Or would all techs onsite be required to have LVl 2?

Just 1 or a lead technician would need to be. A revised Statement of Work was posted with amendment P0001.

3. I was unable to locate Attachment #1 detailing the fire alarm testing, including panel information and the number of devices linked to each panel

The wording was incorrect. The listing in Appendix 1 is the only available information. A revised Statement of Work was posted with amendment P0001.

4. Additionally, the documentation does not clarify why an Illinois Cross Connection Inspector Certification is required when all properties are located in Missouri.

It is not required. The qualifications have been changed. A revised Statement of Work was posted with amendment P0001.
