QUESTIONS

1. Is this best value or lowest price?

“best value” Evaluated Lowest Price Technically Acceptable

2. Must the selected software product be FEDRAMP certified?

Yes.

No, this does not include the time it would take to design the display. The design process will likely take a few months, and my hope is that this exhibit is installed and ready for visitor interface/interaction by May/June 2024 for the summer season.

3. How large do the displays need to be?

See Images and Layout.

4. Are these four stand alone displays or will they be installed together as one large video?

Separately. See Images and Layout.

5. Do we have plans/layouts of the barracks?

Attached. The barracks exhibit space is circled in blue.

6. Are there pictures of the barracks we would be installing in?

See Images and Layout

7. How large of a space are we working with, AKA, how big of a kiosk is needed?

a. How large of a display screen?

See Images and Layout

8. Again, the content will be handled exclusively by NPS unless Measured by Sharp brings in a CMS partner.

Understood.

9. Measured by Sharp would not be able to create the online database. That would need to be completed and maintained by NPS.

a. It’s possible our CMS partner could handle this, and I can find that out if you think that’s the best route to take.

I’d like to see if the CMS partner could handle that. NPS would maintain the online database after it was created.

10. NPS or the CMS partner of Measured by Sharp would be responsible for providing all data.

The Interactive Display Monitor (32 inch by 18-24 inch) would be mounted in the center 34 inches from the floor. The static display (32 inch by 18 inch) and featuring images would be mounted 25 inches above the Interactive Monitor at 8.5 ft from the floor

A static display (32 inch by 18 inch) and featuring images would be mounted 25 inches above the Interactive Monitor at 8.5 ft from the floor

A static display (32 inch by 18 inch) and featuring images would be mounted 25 inches above the Interactive Monitor at 8.5 ft from the floor

Option No. 2 for Static Display

2 displays (32 inch by 18 inch) would be mounted to replace the current exhibit signs. The signs measure 3 ft by 2 ft.
