About this file

This document is an Amendment (0001) to a federal solicitation for equipment replacement at Guilford Courthouse National Military Park. The amendment extends the proposal submission deadline to June 09, 2025, at 1:00pm EST, with a contract performance period from 06/16/2025 to 12/16/2025. It provides additional attachments including Division I and II Construction Specifications, Product Files, and Drawings, and includes responses to potential contractors' questions about the project.

The solicitation seeks replacement of tour road gates, with specific requirements for gate lane widths (ranging from 14 to 26 feet across) and contractor licensing (North Carolina Contractors License required). The procurement is structured as a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection for a Firm-Fixed Price Contract, targeting small businesses in the Ornamental and Architectural Metal Work Manufacturing sector (NAICS code 332323). Contractors must be registered in SAM.gov and will be evaluated on their ability to meet technical specifications and provide the most advantageous quote to the government.
