6 Better idea of how often round trips will be required? N/A

The frequency of trips varies; however historically we've had an average number of 2 trips per month for waste transportation. All other trips are dependent upon variable requirements, which is why the Government will use service calls IAW Attachment 1, SOW Rev 1, Section 5.0. Historically service trips occur more frequently in the warmer months of the year when more visitors are accesing the Park and construction and facility repairs and modifications are able to be completed.

12 Is it a total of 42 trips on a set schedule?

SOW, paragraph 2.2, and SF 18 Block 11, Schedule and page 4.

The number of trips varies depending on work projects, such as construction requiring transport of equipment, etc., being done at the Park locations. Our estimated number of roundtrips to transport waste material averages to approximately 2 per month for a total of 24 per year. For the other 21 estimated roundtrips, those we are uncertain whether we will need them or not. Due to this we have revised the CLIN structure to have two CLINs, one for the 24 trips we are pretty certain of, and one set up as an IDIQ for the other CLIN with an NTE of 21 roundtrips. See Attachment 1, Statement of Work Rev. 1, paragraphs 2.2, 3.1.1 and 3.1.2.
